INTENSIVE COOKING COURSE - 3 weeks

This cooking course is designed for students who want to improve their knowledge and skills in short time. Cooking Lessons are hands-on and focused on seasonal traditional and regional Italian cooking. During each cooking lesson students prepare a complete menu that is served for lunch which includes 4 courses: appetizer, pasta or soup, meat or fish, and dessert.
