Italian Cuisine organizes three cooking classes dedicated to Pastry with the Chef Gianluca Pardini and Sandra Bianchi of Sandra & L’Angolo Dolce.
The course will be divided in two parts: the first one will be focused on the traditional techniques of regional and Italian pastry, with Chef Gianluca Pardini; the second part Sandra Bianchi will explain and show the new trends and processes of modern pastry.
The cooking classes will include the consumption of the products created during the course and a salty tasting from the house.
