On Thursday 3 and 10 February, 2022 we invite you to take part in our Vegan Cooking Course, which will be led by Chef Simone Carone and Chef Gianluca Pardini.
Simone Carone has been following a natural cooking path for several years now, out of love for the company of farmers, to enhance their products and to set tables where every diner can feel at ease.
His most significant experiences include: Stockbridge in Edinburgh, Joia in Milan and Chef at Masseria Stali in Lecce, Biosteria Piccapane the first vegetarian/vegan osteria in Salento.
The two lessons will be actively attended: we will soon reveal the menu!
Dates: Thursday 3 and 10 February 2022
Time: 7.30 – 11 pm approx.
Cost: € 140.00 (including VAT) including 2 lessons, recipes, disposable apron, tasting dinner.
COVID-19: A Green Pass is compulsory to enter the school premises.
