Italian cooking courses for chefs: professional courses, intensive courses and basic courses


All year long the school organizes hands-on cooking lessons that last about 3 hours each. Participants prepare a complete menu (4 courses - appetizers, pasta or soup, fish or meat as main dish and finally dessert) that will be served after the lesson for an enchanting lunch or dinner on our beautiful veranda or in our Tuscan Style dining room, so that participants may taste their own creation, enjoing some of the best local wines. Lesson can be held in the morning or afternoon in Italian, English, French or Japanese. For other languages an interpreter will be needed. As lessons are tailored to suit your wishes, we can decide together menu and time.
