SUMMER INTENSIVE COOKING COURSE
The aim of the course is to prepare students through practice in the kitchen. All the lessons are actively participating, so that anyone can improve their knowledge and skills, from cleaning and cutting the ingredients, to more elaborate techniques.
It takes place every morning from Monday to Friday from 9.30 am to 2pm. During each lesson, students prepare a full course menu, that will be served for lunch.
