SUMMER INTENSIVE COOKING COURSE
Intensive Summer Course (3 weeks)
This course is designed for people wanting to improve their knowledge and skills in a short time. The aim of our courses is to prepare students using practice in the kitchen. All lessons are actively participatory. Courses take place in June with classroom lessons from Monday to Friday, 9:30 to 14:00. During each lesson, the student will prepare a complete 4-course menu, which will be served at the table for lunch. This course does not include an internship.
