A fascinating journey, in two lessons, into the world of Japanese cuisine, to discover the secrets, techniques and ingredients that make it so beloved around the world. With Chef Gianluca Pardini and the special participation of a Japanese chef. Japanese cooking courses are repeated throughout the academic year.

Hours: 19.30-22.30

Cost: €120 - To be paid upon registration. The cost includes a welcome aperitif and a dinner where we will eat the dishes made during the lesson. All accompanied by a taste of delicious Saké, a typical alcoholic beverage in Japan.
