Thematic cooking lessons

A special lesson to spend with your + 1 !

At Italian Cuisine on Friday 14 February, we offer a cooking lesson followed by a tasting dinner.

An entire menu will be created as a couple, together with the other couples attending the evening.

Starter, first course and main course; an evening together to rediscover complicity in the kitchen and celebrate Valentine's Day!

The lesson menu:
squid and vegetable tempura with ponzu (Japanese broth),
tuna or beef tataki with sesame spinach and teryaki sauce
hazelnut gnocchetti with shellfish bisque and pistachio granules
turbot fillets with asparagus and artichokes and saffron mayonnaise, 
millefeuille ricotta cream and bergamot
